<\/span><\/h2> Hello and welcome! My name is Katherine Jones (pronouns she\/her) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon practicing therapy with children, families and adults since 2015.
My therapeutic style is calm, warm and compassionate. I love providing a safe, healing space to help you feel seen, heard, accepted and supported as we work together on your desired goals. My approach integrates several different modalities based on your preferences and needs. I use trauma informed and attachment based therapeutic approaches as well as cognitive behavioral therapy<\/a>, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness<\/a>, play therapy and art therapy<\/a> in my practice. As a trained Art Therapist, I believe art can be a particularly helpful path beyond language to express and process our inner worlds.
